LG Google Nexus 5X Phone Case By CoverON

I'm surprised by how much I love this phone case. It makes my phone a bit bulky with it on but that's a good price to pay to have so much protection. The matte soft touch plastic, the patches of rigid rubber, and the different textures all around the phone make me feel confident that my phone will stay put in my hand and not wind up on the floor.

When I first opened the package I thought to myself that this wasn't anything like I imagined. Although, after I put together the back cover, the shock resistant lining, and the front border, I was pleasantly surprised at how protected my phone was. I love the bumpers on all four corners of the case that give it even more added protection.  I also love the buttons that line my power and volume buttons. The case now makes the buttons more pronounced and they have a very nice feel/click to them. The kickstand on the back is a really nice bonus and works very well. The kickstand has a very nice sturdy feel to it. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy  at all and makes a nice solid click when extending as well as putting in back in place when you're done. Everything seems to fit perfectly and no pieces wobble or feel loose.

Other reviews for this case that I've seen have stated that they had a problem with getting their charger to connect while the case was on, but I didn't have that problem. The port is a perfect, snug fit and it connects and charges without problem. I attached a photo showing that my phone charges with the case on.

I have not dropped my phone since having the case on, neither accidental or on purpose. I will update if the case did not hold up when dropped  Understandably, I am not going to drop my phone on purpose to see what happens.

Grand Cru Black Ejuice Review- Now with UPDATE!

"Black" by Grand Cru is described as a flakey strudel pastry layered with a rich blackberry/apple filling and sweet cinnamon sugar. The VG/PG ratio for this is a max 100% VG ratio.

The first flavor that hits you is the strudel. Once you take a hit and exhale, you will taste a subtle cinnamon flavor. It is a nice addition to the ejuice. It isn't too harsh and is just enough and it really pairs well with the strudel. I think it's the perfect amount.

For me, I get the strong strudel, and a light cinnamon flavor on the exhale, but the blackberry/apple was lost in my ejuice.. I didn't taste either one of those flavors in my batch. I'm letting my ejuice steep for a while to see if it draws out the fruit flavor, as I was really excited to try that flavor combo. I will update if I find any changes.

UPDATE 12/3

Womp, there it is! After letting it steep for a week and a half, WOW what a difference. The strudel flavor has now subsided and has allowed that sweet blackberry/apple flavor to come out and play! What a world of difference.  The flavors pair so well together and you get a sweet/savory hit.

 Before, the strudel was so overpowering and it made the juice unpleasant. I threw it in my box and almost wrote it off. Decided to give it another shot today and I had to double check the bottle because it didn't even taste like the same juice.

 I now know the importance of steeping your juice. Maybe you have a juice or two in your box that you ended up not liking. I encourage you to give those another shot, you might be as intrigued as me!

You never know how long the ejuice has been sitting in a shop or factory. I know when most of us get juice, we want to use it right away, but try to plan out to where you can let your juice chill in a dark dry place for 3-14 days to be able to taste the juice the way it was intended.



I love the label, and I'm really proud of the picture I took. It's only from a cell phone, but I think the label really pops, especially in the daylight. This is one of the few ejuices that actually have the description on the bottle.

Carefree Acti-Fresh Body Shape Panty Liners

 When i received my Carefree acti-fresh body shape panty liners compliments of Influenster, I thought it was going to be the same ol liner like every other brand and type of liner out there. I was very mistaken.
 I have to say, these are the smallest, lightest liners I have ever seen. When I hold them in my hand I can barely feel it. They work extremely well. For one, I can not feel it when i wear it. Even as I sit here, with my legs crossed, I can not feel the edges on my thighs like all the other liners I have ever used. These do not have any wings, but it doesn't need them as it stays in place no matter what I do. I can even roll around on the floor with my dogs and it doesn't budge. The are so small you can fit them in ANY purse and carry them with you on the go. I can do my morning exercises without worry.

These liners don't feel bulky and I have not felt uncomfortable once while wearing them, and I don't even feel self conscious, like someone can tell I'm wearing it, which is how I have felt in the past with some other brands of liners.  
Whether you are lightly spotting, wanting to stay fresh while working out, or keeping a clean feeling all throughout the day, these liners are exactly what I need. When I'm at the store I will reach for the Carefree acti-fresh body shape panty liners from now on.

Schick HydroSilk TrimStyle Razor

I didn't think razors could get any better but I was wrong when the Schick HydroSilk TrimStyle Razor came to my door. I never thought I needed a trimmer but that was before  I tried the HydroSilk Trimmer and I was most definitely wrong. Not only does it have a trimmer, but an ADJUSTABLE trimmer. This bad boy (girl?) has 3 trimmer lengths, but then you can take the trim comb off and get a close up trim as well. My HydroSilk TrimStyle razor had a AAA battery that was included in the package so I didn't even need to hunt one down or go to the store to buy one. Just that little extra thing added to my overall love for this razor As I said before, I didn't think I needed a trimmer but what I ended up doing was using the trimmer with the comb off first, then shaving. This way I am prolonging my razors lifespan so when I shave my razor has less hair to shave. AMAZING! Like most current razors,  it has five blades, but this one has curve sensing blades to minimize cuts, along with a hydrating barrier on the top and bottom of the razor to minimize razor burn. They seem to put a lot of thought and effort into this razor as it even as a plastic piece protruding under the razor so the blades don't touch the tub or shelf. I have never seen that on any other razor before. I was hoping a razor company would do something like that! Overall I am very happy with my TrimStyle razor and I don't see myself going back to my old razor anytime soon.
